Many believe that true happiness is a myth, an urban legend of sorts. One that has been told over the years since the dawn of age and the birth of man. They say that true happiness is something that you cannot find but rather stumble upon. In some strange way I believe that this statement is true but also false. In order to really be happy one must find it. They must go leave the safety of the harbor and venture onto open seas. They must let go of all inhibition and all knowledge of what they think is happiness and open their minds and hearts. Happiness is something that is all around us. Happiness can be the small things: friends, family, but happiness can also come in other forms. It can be love or travel or both. Happiness can be whatever you make it, but in order to truly be happy you must go find it. Whether it be in the dim glow of a sunset or in the warm embrace of the one you love, happiness is out there, waiting, waiting for you to find it, or stumble upon it. So catch the trade winds in your sail. Explore. Dream. Discover.
